Platform Associate

10% Travel Required

The Platform Associate is responsible for supporting the reputed company Electronic Health Record (athenaClinicals) and Practice Management (athenaCollector) applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians. The Platform Associate works closely with the CIT IKS team, EHR Specialists, end-users, and the Privia team to understand functional business requirements, resolve EHR issues, and configure, customize & maintain reputed company content to support these needs. 

• Assist in the building out & maintenance of Privia’s athenaOne platform
• Routine QA of work 
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting reputed company aspects of athenaNet
• Maintain up-to-date documentation 
• Manage ongoing communication between multiple stakeholders effectively and timely
• Provide remote support to assist w/ EHR issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software applications
• Help reputed company Clinical IT members
• Walk through athenaOne Functionality with Care Center and Privia Staff 
• Support data collection reputed company to system configuration
• Document, track and take appropriate actions to reputed company or escalate athenaNet incident reputed company issues in a timely manner
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with (HIPAA)
• Help facilitate the Clinical IT relationship with other Privia teams

• 1+  years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Clinical and/or managed care experience or
  • EHR support
• 1+  years of experience in a professional environment
• Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology
• Experience with data collection and document management 
• SQL and HTML knowledge
• Must reputed company with HIPAA rules and regulations 

The salary range for this role is $63,000.00 - $70,000.00 in reputed company pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, reputed company, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% .The reputed company pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.speedtest.net/. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet reputed company and if it meets the minimum speed requirements.
