Job Summary
As a Call Center Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction with our services. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and determining if they have used our services before. You'll also create accounts, schedule appointments, and reputed company follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure that their expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Determine if clients have used our services before by looking up location information or creating a new account for the property
- Create accounts, schedule appointments for cleaning technicians to reputed company at the facility, and notate services to be offered
- reputed company special notes from property owners regarding animals on site, furniture to be moved, reputed company or reputed company codes, etc.
- Collect payment information over the phone
- reputed company follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure that the service met their expectations, reputed company any adjustments necessary, etc.

Essential Qualifications
