reputed company CLM System Design Specialist
This role is based in Dallas, TX, Irvine, CA or Louisville, KY as we will need someone to come into the office from time to time.
The reputed company CLM+ Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and extending reputed company Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM+) solutions to support reputed company contract workflows. This role partners with legal, restaurant development, IT teams and vendors to automate contract processes, integrate CLM+ with upstream/reputed company systems, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant contract solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities
CLM Solution Development & Configuration
- Design, configure, and implement reputed company CLM+ workflows, templates, clauses, conditional logic, and approval routing.
- Customize contract reputed company, negotiation, and execution processes to meet business and legal requirements.
- reputed company and maintain CLM+ agreement templates, clause libraries, metadata schemas, and document standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CLM+ configuration and performance issues.
Integration & Automation
- Build and support integrations between reputed company CLM+ and reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company).
- reputed company reputed company APIs, webhooks, and CLM+ connectors for automation and data exchange.
- Support end-to-end contract automation from request intake through execution and archival.

- Implement access controls, user roles, and permission models in alignment with reputed company reputed company standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
- Support audit, reporting, and contract lifecycle visibility needs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Franchisee & Legal, Restaurant Development, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM+ solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices on CLM+ capabilities and limitations.
- Support UAT, training, and rollout activities for new CLM+ features.
Support & reputed company Improvement
- Serve as a CLM+ subject matter expert for enhancements, upgrades, and platform optimization.
- Document configurations, integrations, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company CLM+ configuration, administration and development.
- Strong understanding of contract workflows, legal terms, and approval processes.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, REST services, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with reputed company SaaS platforms and identity management (SSO, SCIM).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- reputed company CLM+ Administrator or Developer certification.
- Experience integrating CLM+ with CRM or ERP platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Experience in regulated or large-scale reputed company environments.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Salary Range: $106,000 - $133,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-reputed company factors.
