What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options, answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies, and schedule and conduct virtual consultations with new and existing customers.
