We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join reputed company in Manassas, VA. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department

• Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• reputed company daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues
• reputed company technicians based reputed company, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with reputed company team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work closely with the Residential Department to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Schedule:

* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

• Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)

Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)

• Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Remote Work Requirements:

* High-speed internet reputed company

• Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
• arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone, but you must provide your own equipment and ensure a reliable internet reputed company
