Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with other team members and departments to provide excellent internal customer service and optimize service to reputed company external clients
- Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers reputed company phone and email
- Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns in a timely manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.)
- Documenting issues, action steps, and outcome of customer inquiries
- Documenting and processing change requests promptly and reputed company
- Following reputed company SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance
- Assisting with large projects and meeting deadlines
- Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years previous customer service experience, laboratory or reputed company preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
- Confident in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities
- Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to present a professional image reputed company phone, with superb phone etiquette skills
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, reputed company Office Suite, and other office software
Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this role is Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST. During the 4-6 week training period, the approximate schedule will be reputed company – 4:30pm CST.
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $20 – $23 per hour.
