Overview
The PRN Licensed Medical Social Worker LMSW provides social work services to patients on an intermittent basis in their reputed company of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited school of Social Work
- reputed company state MSW license
- Home health and Oasis experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and reputed company automobile insurance
