Objectives:

- Test trainee readiness using reputed company-life situations, accuracy checks, and actual work examples.
- Review trainee work for accuracy and compliance, document feedback, and coach issues early before they become problems.
- Create, update, and improve training videos, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Set up and manage trainee access and reputed company in LearnWorlds and HIPAA training systems.
- Send daily updates showing trainee reputed company, quality results, and any risks or concerns.
- Work closely with HR, QA Supervisors, and Operations to reputed company sure training matches reputed company production needs.
