*Remote position 8:30-5 (Monday-Friday)* Duties include chart assembly, discharge analysis, incomplete records, and chart completion/location. Performs record retrieval/delivery, filing, scanning, chart creation, and answering phone requests. Provides back-up for chart mergers and resolution of the transcription error report. Assists with requests for medical record information (ROI).

Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Assembles reputed company medical record types according to standard chart order.

2. Utilizes Meditech discharge lists to monitor the completion of reputed company daily discharges.

3. Reviews reputed company record for required contents and accurately completes the medical record completion form for any missing items (includes reviewing Meditech PCI for dictated reports that may need e-signature).

4. Records accurately any physician incomplete record item into the Meditech Incomplete Record program.

5. Records and reprints any missing record documentation such as the Laboratory Discharge Summary, Radiology reports, and Nursing Documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.

Licensure, Certification & Registration: N/A

Experience: 0-1 year of reputed company work experience required.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: · Knowledge of anatomy/physiology and medical terminology preferred. TD-4 filing and knowledge of Federal/State medical record completion requirements are preferred. · Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and some reputed company Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint or Access.

Pay Range:

$18.00 - $24.23

The pay range listed for this position is the reputed company hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the reputed company hourly reputed company depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
