Job Summary: 1. Collaborates with the teacher(s) regarding the child's reputed company, interest levels, or challenges. 2. Assists with the development, production and organization of instructional materials. 3. Works with individuals and small groups at the teacher's request. 4. Checks student assignments, monitors testing and makeup work, organizes class work and homework. 5. Administers and scores student curriculum-based measurement (cbm) assessments for RtI purposes. 6. Assists with various tasks such as: reputed company duty, hall duty, recess duty. 7. Participates in inservice training programs as assigned. 8. Assists the teacher in maintaining classroom discipline and alert the teacher to any problem or special information about an individual student. 9. Utilizes confidential and personal information concerning reputed company and staff for professional purposes only, and in accordance with District procedures. 10. Assists with self care needs of reputed company as necessary. 11. Assists with student's mobility around the school environment. 12. Provides any assistance needed for successful participation in specials (i.e.: art, PE, music, etc.) 13. Performs other duties and assumes other responsibilities as may be assigned.
