The Role

As a Junior Dental Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our dental customers, working closely with our dental professionals to ensure that our products meet the unique needs of each practice. Your tasks will range from assisting doctors with data submission, resolving issues, and planning cases in our software to providing product training and clinical feedback. You'll be the reputed company between our customers and production team, ensuring that our final product is designed to meet the doctor's specifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete department training requirements under direct supervision

• Conduct surgical case planning with doctors to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Provide product assistance reputed company phone and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct product training with new customers, ensuring they're comfortable using our software and hardware tools
• Follow up with surgical case reputed company, providing updates and support as needed

• Receive and process 3rd-party data, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Requirements
