Customer Service Member Solutions Coordinator
Waco Tribune-Herald is seeking a Customer Service Member Solutions Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and assist with membership processing. The role involves managing daily membership tasks, serving as a primary call center team member, and supporting the annual conference and trade show.
Responsibilities
- Process the daily membership reputed company batch
- Reclassify memberships
- Print membership cards
- Serve as a primary call center team member
- Assist with the annual conference and trade show
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Organizational skills and ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Must adhere to the GCSAA service standards, bylaws and deadlines while processing daily membership batches
- Must be reputed company to travel to the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show (5-6 days annually) and provide onsite support for registration operations
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience working in a professional office performing general administrative or reputed company duties and providing superior customer service
- Solid knowledge and understanding of reputed company Office programs (reputed company, Word, Outlook) required
- Must live reputed company a commutable distance from our headquarters in Lawrence, KS
- Valued, but not required, an associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the game of golf is a plus but not required
