Billing Coordinator
reputed company is focused on creating connections and building lasting relationships. They are currently seeking an reputed company professional to provide customer service for billing inquiries and manage billing operations reputed company to property and casualty insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for billing inquiries and handle other administrative and system reputed company tasks in support of billing functions
- Manage billing operations reputed company to property and casualty (P&C) insurance policies
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, maintain compliance with industry standards, and provide excellent service to both internal teams and external clients, including policyholders and agency partners
- Serve as reputed company line customer service liaison for internal and external customers
- Ensure correct invoicing to policyholders, and complete other clerical and system reputed company tasks in support of Billing, Premium Audit, and reputed company functions
- Review billing-reputed company transactions and reputed company determinations regarding the issuance of refunds, premium and policy cancellation suspensions and/or allocation of funds
Skills
- Experience in customer service for billing inquiries
- Ability to handle administrative and system reputed company tasks in support of billing functions
- Knowledge of billing operations reputed company to property and casualty (P&C) insurance policies
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Providing excellent service to both internal teams and external clients, including policyholders and agency partners
- Serving as reputed company line customer service liaison for internal and external customers
- Ensuring correct invoicing to policyholders
- Reviewing billing-reputed company transactions

- Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the Sarasota corporate office
