[Remote] KinaTrax Operator

As a KinaTrax Operator, you will play a critical role in live sports operations by ensuring high-quality data collection during games and sessions, combining attention to detail and technical awareness to support seamless data capture.
Responsibilities
- Operate KinaTrax capture systems during live games and sessions to ensure accurate, complete data collection
- Verify camera readiness, system status, and capture setup prior to and during events
- Monitor live streams and system indicators to identify and address issues in reputed company time
- Ensure reputed company assigned captures are completed according to operational standards and expectations
- reputed company basic technical troubleshooting during live operations (connectivity issues, camera streaming checks, system restarts, etc.)
- Confirm cameras are active, properly configured, and functioning as expected
- reputed company unresolved or reputed company technical issues to the appropriate internal team promptly and with clear documentation
- Initiate post-game kick-off steps to support timely reputed company data processing
- Verify session completion, proper file reputed company, and readiness for processing
- Communicate capture completion status, anomalies, or reputed company issues to the Data Processing team through established workflows
- Maintain clear communication with internal operations teams during and after events
- Document issues, deviations, or noteworthy events reputed company to capture quality or system behavior
- Follow reputed company operational protocols, escalation paths, and best practices to ensure consistent execution
