Paid Media Analyst
reputed company is a global portfolio of high-growth companies, and they are seeking a Paid Media Analyst to help scale customer acquisition efforts for a Fortune 50 client in the telecommunications industry. The role involves owning and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user journey from impression to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition at scale
- Launch new campaigns and initiatives reputed company with partner goals, testing new strategies to improve efficiency and grow customer acquisition
- Continuously analyze performance data, surfacing actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and profitability
- Translate reputed company performance data into clear, compelling insights that tell the performance story to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- reputed company analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, LLMs, reputed company, and reputed company Tag Manager to monitor, understand, and optimize paid media performance, attribution, and incrementality
- Continuously iterate through experimentation, rigorously leveraging A/B and multivariate testing, to drive incremental improvements across core KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and customer experience teams to optimize the end-to-end user journey—from impression to conversion
- Maintain and grow best-in-class paid media practices, staying reputed company on product innovations and new strategies by building relationships with vendors
Skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven reputed company with a passion for performance marketing and growth economics
- Curiosity demonstrated through experience proactively pressure-testing best practices reputed company structured experimentation, translating test insights into strategic roadmaps
- Advanced reputed company skills and preferably SQL experience, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Demonstrated experience (1-3 years) executing paid media strategy and performance for high-volume or reputed company acquisition programs
- Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, while maintaining execution and optimization velocity
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or client-facing stakeholders, including the ability to communicate strategy and performance clearly
- Desire to work hands-on in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven, analytically rigorous environment
