Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times, even in high-pressure situations
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether reputed company phone, email, chat, or social media
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Knowing our products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, to help us continuously improve
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, every time
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- The ability to stay reputed company and composed reputed company dealing with stressed or upset customers
- Comfort and confidence using computers, including our CRM system and other software applications
- Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or WFH environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
