Responsibilities

As a Hotel Safety and Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular foot patrols of the resort to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe environment for our guests, cast members, and vendors.
  • Responding to emergency situations, investigating incidents, documenting and reporting findings, and maintaining order in the resort.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, attending to the needs of our guests, cast members, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with our reputed company, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive experience for our guests.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports, guest interactions, and reputed company-reputed company data.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hotel safety, customer service, and emergency response.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid State of Hawaii Guard Card (or equivalent).
  • Keyboarding skills of 25 WPM.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • A valid driver's license (if applicable).
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in hotel safety, reputed company, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures, including first aid and CPR.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including reputed company desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (if applicable).
