Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company inbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Willingness to install AWS on your computer
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
- Stable broadband internet reputed company of 50 MBS or greater
- 8 GB RAM or reputed company
- Dual monitors highly recommended
Commitment
* 10 hours per week, with 5 hours self-scheduled on the weekend
- 90 days (as needed)
