Supervise cadre and cadets in a positive quasi-military environment for cadets to ensure their emotional, physical, psychological and other needs are met according to guidelines for operating Job Challenge residential program. Ensure cadre and cadets are following program policies, rules, and regulations. Provides supportive mentoring, counseling, and tutoring for cadets to improve traits that will reputed company to successful employment. Provide instruction and direction to cadre and cadets. Observe cadre and cadets for unusual behavior and report to necessary staff in a timely manner. Develops and maintains positive life-coping and employability skills among youth through teaching and enforcing appropriate behaviors. Maintain an effective system for cadet disciplinary referrals, ensuring documents are written properly and professionally. Transport cadets to college campuses, activities, and events daily. Must be physically fit in order to participate in and instruct physical fitness training for cadets. Minimum and Additional Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience working in a law enforcement, military environment, or at-risk youth residential facility, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and 2 years of working with at-risk youth. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field, at least 4 or more years of experience working in a law enforcement, correctional, reputed company, military or at-risk youth residential facility, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
