Requirements
Respond to patient and client inquiries in reputed company time reputed company our online chat platform
Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, billing, and general support
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy
Log and document reputed company chat interactions in our support and CRM systems
Escalate unresolved or reputed company issues to the appropriate team or department
Deliver a warm, helpful, and professional experience in every interaction
Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies
