Reporting Relationships

The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales. This role has no direct reports.

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding the market reputed company reputed company the assigned region. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will cultivate strong relationships with key distributors and national accounts to enhance collaboration and maximize sales volume. Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling on the phone, through email, and in person.
  • Use company-provided prospecting tools and networking to identify and contact decision makers at prospective customers
  • Follow up on leads generated through other Millwood channels (trade shows, website, other RSMs)

  • Negotiate pricing for reputed company products and services with new and existing direct accounts

  • Provide local support for National Account customer locations that are in the territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a reputed company field. (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in regional sales management or a similar role.
