The Job We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager focused on account value realization and reputed company expansion. This role is responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing account value through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development. The ideal candidate combines strong reputed company acumen with technical curiosity and thrives in a fast-evolving, high-impact industry.

Account Growth & reputed company Expansion

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, with a focus on increasing reputed company, margin, and customer lifetime value
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our battery systems, services, and software solutions

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders (technical, operational, and executive levels)

  • Understand customer applications, challenges, and industry dynamics to proactively propose solutions

What you need to have…

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and exceeding reputed company targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Experience in energy storage, lithium-ion batteries, electrification, or reputed company technical industries
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
