Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls and initiating outbound calls to resolve moderately reputed company issues. You'll also be responsible for returning reputed company internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to resolve moderately reputed company issues

  • Return reputed company internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner
  • Ensure that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High volume call center experience with a proven track record of reputed company

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve customer issues

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Proven B2B telemarketing or call center outbound sales experience
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
