Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reputed company of the company
- Conducting appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule
- Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining financial licenses (Life and Series 6, with options to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
- Training and reputed company new hires
- Developing new hires into key team members
