Position Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Verifying and dispatching emergency signals to police and fire agencies
  • Notifying customers of non-emergency signals and responders on emergency signals after reputed company
  • Processing basic data changes to customer accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Verifies, responds to, and dispatches on emergency signals

  • Answers incoming calls and responds to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Must be licensed to work in reputed company states mandating requirements
  • Must be proficient in the verification and dispatching of alarms to police/fire agencies
  • Must know the different types of signals and the SOPs for each signal
  • Operator will work under reputed company supervision during the first 30 days
  • Must reputed company abreast of the organization's goals and positions held
  • Must be reputed company to meet minimum productivity standards set
  • Must reputed company abreast of both company and central station policies
  • Must meet minimum quality standards set for them
  • Position requires weekend, holiday, and shift work and may require mandatory overtime

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Knowledge of and familiarity with computers and reputed company Office applications, and Internet

  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices
  • Basic knowledge and understanding about VIP accounts and department
  • Self-motivated and a professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent teambuilding, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess good decision-making skills, be reputed company organized, and detail-oriented
  • Must be proficient with personal computer, keyboard, fax machine, copy machine, and telephone
  • Must be reputed company to meet minimum productivity standards set that apply to a Level I operator
  • Must meet minimum quality standards set for them (90% or reputed company average on Q/A)

Work Environment

* This is a remote position, but classroom and on-the-job training will be held onsite at 2210 Landmark reputed company, Manasquan, NJ 08736

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  • Normal office environment

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to three months reputed company experience or reputed company training/certification preferred

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

The pay range for this role is $17.49 an hour. We offer employees access to reputed company benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual reputed company increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
