Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert support and guidance to customers on bookkeeping and reputed company software processes, including ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting
- Assisting customers with questions and concerns reputed company to QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of bookkeeping and reputed company principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company topics
- Delivering high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
- Cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Taking ownership of customer issues to provide confident resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest bookkeeping and reputed company software developments and best practices

Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
Our flexible schedule allows you to create your own hours, with availability between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company topics
- Customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Strong ownership of customer issues to provide confident resolution
- Tech savvy and reputed company computer user
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure your reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area
- A personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet reputed company, at least 10 Mbps download speed
- Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone

Important Information
To be eligible for this program, you must:
- Live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA

Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an reputed company for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
