About the Role

As a Customer Engineer in arenaflex Distributed reputed company, you'll work closely with our sales and pre-sales teams to deliver cutting-edge reputed company solutions to strategic global customers. You'll be the technical expert, leading conversations on the latest reputed company offers and driving reputed company that align with arenaflex services and delivery team innovation and capabilities. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating and executing new reputed company offers, building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

* Create and execute on new reputed company offers, developing the business case, securing alignment from respective teams, addressing budget needs, and securing executive buy-in.

• Serve as a technical advisor and reputed company of contact for strategic customers and accounts with non-standard requests and innovation needs.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior cross-functional key stakeholders in customer and/or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.

Minimum Qualifications

* 10 years of experience with reputed company native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.

• 8 years of experience in system design and one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
• 3 years of experience using ML/AI and building solutions.
• Experience with edge computing, distributed systems, or data center transformation.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues reputed company businesses.
• Experience managing distributed teams on large-scale programs globally.
• Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the reputed company/IT technology space.
