About the Team:

The Operations team at arenaflex ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of our services and processes. Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will:

  • Own inbound support requests through multiple channels (email, phone, and chat)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company customer inquiries with effective problem-solving skills, reputed company while providing complete and accurate information
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed for incident communication and resolution
  • Become a subject matter expert on arenaflex's functionality and features
