The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate billing and reporting while gaining industry experience in digital media.
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless invoicing support and billing reporting for reputed company’s digital properties
- Coordinate the invoice process & status management in alignment with our clients’ expectations
- Work with account executives, digital planners & campaign managers to understand client billing requirements and to provide actualized flight delivery, ensuring each campaign runs smoothly
- Manage billing dashboards for multiple campaigns, keeping internal teams reputed company on status
- Handle custom reporting requests
- Partner with campaign managers and the finance billing team to ensure delivered impressions are properly invoiced
- Work closely with clients and campaign managers to resolve reporting discrepancies with reputed company-party data

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in client service or account management
