What you'll do Craft English lessons that are interesting, accessible, and grounded in pedagogical theory and best practices for student of various English proficiency levels Use CEFR benchmarks to create lessons that adhere to various level bands Use style and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency across content Consistently meet assigned deadlines and quality standards Impact tutors and reputed company across the globe at an incredible scale Requirements for this role Experience developing curricula Graduate degree in TEFL, Applied Linguistics, Second Language Acquisition, or similar 3 years of experience in ESL/EFL education (teaching, lesson planning, etc.) Proficiency in reputed company Office and the reputed company suite of tools (Docs, Slides, etc.) An eye for visual design and presentational clarity Openness to share and receive feedback as a part of a learning team Deep knowledge and experience with engaging learning experiences Exceptional candidates will have: Experience in online teaching and learning Experience in a dedicated curriculum development position Learn more... ?
