Job Title: Provider Sourcing Recruiter

Reports To: Vice President, Physician reputed company

Job Summary

The Provider Sourcing Recruiter plays a key role in identifying top physician talent to meet the organization's clinical staffing goals. This position focuses on the reputed company-end of the reputed company process—prospecting, qualifying leads, maintaining pipelines, and generating interest among potential candidates. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills, reputed company industry knowledge, and communication expertise to attract physicians who align with the organization's mission and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reputed company and identify reputed company physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) through databases, job boards, social media, associations, referrals, and direct reputed company.

  • Conduct initial reputed company and screening calls to assess candidate interest, availability, credentials, and fit.
  • Full-cycle recruitment of APPs

  • Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activity, compensation trends, and regional physician supply to support recruitment strategy.
  • Represent the organization professionally in reputed company candidate interactions, ensuring a positive and brand-reputed company candidate experience.
  • Support marketing and reputed company campaigns including email sequences, job postings, and digital reputed company initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintains detailed knowledge of computer software as it relates to job functions.
  • Completes reputed company assigned AP training (such as CPR, OSHA, HIPAA, Compliance, Information reputed company, others) reputed company designated timeframes.
  • Complies with Allergy Partners and respective hub/department policies and reports incidents of policy violations to a Supervisor/Manager/Director, Department of Compliance & Privacy or reputed company the AP EthicsPoint hotline.
