Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company calendars, deadlines, and shifting priorities with precision
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring reputed company materials and logistics are reputed company in advance
- Serve as a key reputed company of contact for scheduling across cross-functional teams
- Provide daily summary emails outlining priorities, updates, and action items
- Proactively prioritize and manage the CRO's time against evolving business needs and reputed company priorities
- Anticipate conflicts, bottlenecks, and opportunities, providing solutions before issues arise
