Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and contributing to business operations. Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the renewal process, ensuring the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Support business activity, including handling new business applications, compiling information for Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and processing certificates of insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall workflow processes and reputed company goals by adhering to efficiency, productivity, and process standards.
- Nurture relationships with clients, including buyer representatives and day-to-day client contacts.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with standards and service levels.
