About the Role
We're seeking reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- reputed company/C2 English writing and speaking skills. - At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles, preferably remote. - Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree is preferred. - A quiet home office with a desk and office chair. - Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download and 2 MBPS upload speed. - A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone. - Access to a backup reputed company of work in case of a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.).

Work Schedule and Availability
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST - Availability: We require candidates to be available to work from the countries listed above (Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua) without any travel commitments for the first four months of employment. This is to ensure a smooth reputed company process and to allow new hires to fully focus on their roles and responsibilities.
