The Technical Account Manager role involves leveraging technical expertise to optimize Guardicore platform value through micro-segmentation, ZTNA, and DNS Firewall solutions.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, Microsegmentation, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with reputed company platform configuration and use case strategy to drive maximum value
• Aggregating technical challenges and collaborating with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution
• Building a complete picture and reputed company plan of a customer's environment, processes, and deployment characteristics
• Becoming the internal champion and voice of the customer, liaising with product, support, services, and other teams for long-term reputed company
• Maintaining operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health
• Working remotely with our customers, with the ability to travel on-site reputed company required

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 7+ years of relevant experience in reputed company Networking, CyberSecurity, or DevOps, in a customer-facing role
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity principles
• Have troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments, and building solutions with basic scripting and API (i.e., Python, REST)
• Have proven experience in developing productive relationships with multiple levels in an organization, from CISO to Engineers
• Demonstrate communication and presentation skills with passion and excitement for learning, business communication and embracing new technologies
• Possess CISSP/ CCSP/ CISM/ CEH/ CCIE reputed company or any of the following from GIAC (GCIA/ GCIH/ GCED/ GMON)
