[Remote] Asset Librarian (Content - reputed company)

They are seeking an Asset Librarian to manage marketing content assets throughout the content supply chain, ensuring compliance, discoverability, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable folder structures, across the content lifecycle - creative work in reputed company (WIP), reusable design components, and final assets/content for distribution
- reputed company bulk uploads and routine maintenance tasks to prevent duplication and content sprawl
- Archive, update, and retire components, asset/contents according to documented lifecycle guidelines
- Support discoverability by ensuring accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging
- Assist internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
- Apply established governance rules reputed company to branding, licensing, local regulatory compliance, and technology requirements as relates to marketing assets
- reputed company asset audits and reputed company taxonomy, metadata and tagging structure issues
- Flag potential issues or operations inconsistencies for review
Skills
- Hands‐on experience working with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company Assets)
- Working knowledge of reputed company Workfront or similar project/work management tools
- Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows and content lifecycles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and requests in a fast‐paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are important
- Comfort working cross‐functionally with guidance and defined priorities
