Your Mission

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company Manager to guide our customers through their post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation programs. As a reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for owning the customer's overall adoption strategy, building and maintaining the customer's comprehensive value delivery plan to reputed company the stated objectives. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring to the Team

* 6+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on customer engagement, including ownership of driving strategy and delivering business outcomes

• Experience managing a customer portfolio with demonstrated impact on churn or contraction is a plus
• Preferred: 4-6 years of work experience in the Financial Service industry
• Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space
