Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Uploading documents weekly to electronic files and hard copies, ensuring that reputed company data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Maintaining training files, online data, and hard copies, ensuring that reputed company information is accurate and easily retrievable.
- Creating and uploading new candidate personnel files into our system, ensuring that reputed company data is complete and accurate.
- Maintaining updated status for inactive employees and returning employees from leave, ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assisting in providing electronic file, administration, and training to new employees, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience.
- Performing weekly audits (electronic files/hard copies) to ensure that data remains at 100%, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
