Key Responsibilities
As a 2nd Vice President of Customer Service – Retirement Plans, you'll be responsible for leading the execution of strategic initiatives that drive long-term customer loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and cultivating internal and external relationships to promote and grow the business
- Overseeing and holding teams accountable to business plans, focusing on results and measurements
- Directing and influencing associate and business resources to reputed company business results
- Collaborating to create a strategic reputed company around the organization's Mission, reputed company, and Values
- Monitoring the external markets to ensure competitiveness
- Acting as an reputed company contributor by partnering with leaders throughout the organization on cross-division initiatives

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of retirement plan-reputed company experience
- 4-7 years of management or leadership experience
