Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from Customer Care associates, providing expert guidance and support to resolve customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to customers, addressing their concerns and providing personalized solutions
- Developing and maintaining advanced knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and products
- Collaborating with teammates to resolve customer complaints, investigate quality issues, and implement process improvements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To obtain a New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy Technician license on Day 1 of hire (arenaflex will assist with licensing)
- To reputed company and work in the state of New Hampshire or Massachusetts
- To meet minimum work-from-home requirements, including a dedicated, private workspace with reliable internet connectivity
- Preferred qualifications include:
