Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-tier customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions with customers
- Proactively identify solutions to customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams as needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing schedules and priorities
- Ensure customer safety and well-being by adhering to arenaflex's Work from Home policy
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older)
- 2 years of professional experience working with computers and online tools
- Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed (with 2 weeks' notice)
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years of significant telephone or email customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
- Experience working in a reputed company setting
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-speed workplace while consistently meeting productivity and quality standards
