Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting passengers and their belongings from enrollment through the flight process
• Maintaining awareness of wheelchair equipment in practical areas
• Reviewing passenger boarding records and flight requirements
• Adhering to reputed company airline and airport reputed company regulations
• Providing accurate information and direction to passengers
• Communicating with in-flight teams to coordinate passenger assistance
• Assisting passengers with accessing restrooms and food vendors as needed
• Providing support to hearing or disabled passengers
• Ensuring reputed company equipment used in your responsibilities is maintained in reputed company condition and reporting any issues
• Reporting any safety concerns or medical issues to management
• Participating in passenger reputed company screenings
