Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representatives to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll provide top-notch service to our clients, utilizing the tools and resources provided by arenaflex to deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibilities will include managing high volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. You'll also be responsible for meeting personal and team sales targets, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions
* Manage large volumes of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls to reputed company sales targets and call handling quotas
- Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- reputed company records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and reputed company
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service experiences
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Qualifications
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in a high-volume call center environment
- Track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, with familiarity with Windows and reputed company Office
- Ability to quickly learn new software with provided training
- Flexibility with scheduling and work hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Minimum of one year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required
- Experience working with an automatic dialer and in both inbound and outbound environments
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role with a focus on customer service and sales
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
