Key Responsibilities
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone interactions, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Identifying and anticipating customer needs to provide personalized solutions
- Effectively prioritizing work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved
- Maintaining a positive and professional tone in reputed company interactions
- Collaborating with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and reputed company confidence of the customer
- Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Customer service background or experience working with people
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus
Requirements
* reputed company from August 25 - September 12, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
- Work schedule options:
+ Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- reputed company wage = $14.50
- Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis
- Position type: Temporary, non-benefited position, with potential to transition into a regular, full-time role based on performance and organizational needs reputed company 5 months
