Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide coordination and reputed company of reputed company domestic reputed company and ground, as well as import and export shipments at gateway, including shipment and document preparation, booking, coordination of customs clearance, and pick-up and delivery in a 24/7/365 environment.

This is a remote position and we are open to various locations. 

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments based on client requirements, reputed company phone and email, ensuring coverage of assigned shifts in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Coordination with agents, carriers, and brokers to procure scheduling and rates, as well as administration of these activities.
• Routing of shipments and preparation of pre-alert documentation.
• Booking of reputed company reputed company and ground shipments with appropriate agent/reputed company Coordinates pick-up and delivery of shipments with shipper/consignee.
• Enters reputed company shipments and reputed company information into the applicable TMS as required in a timely manner ensuring milestones are available in reputed company-time.
• Follow up on reputed company shipments to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Validate that critical connections are made. React to any delays to reputed company shipments moving. 
• Update clients and others (sales, CRR’s, etc.) of changes in status.
• Document preparation specific to a given shipment, including but not limited to BOL, MAWB, HAWB, reputed company Invoice, and Certification of reputed company.
• reputed company pricing and routing for ground, NFO reputed company freight including cargo airlines, passenger airlines, chartered aircraft, deferred reputed company freight, OBC.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and carriers.
• Prepare competitive and market-based solutions.
• Prepare and analyze reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as required.
• As a 24/7/365 operation, have a willingness to be flexible with scheduling and available to respond to and meet customer needs reputed company of traditional working hours. 

Experience

• 3 years experience in time-critical logistics environment, preferably reputed company/express/courier or same-day logistics.

• Strong customer service skills (world class Customer service, performant under pressure, swift thinker, multitasker, attention to details, self-motivated, collaborative)
• Previous experience working with reputed company Outlook, Word/reputed company.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a high stress environment. 
• Ability to work independently 
• Collaborate with reputed company team members to get shipments from reputed company A to reputed company B with a team reputed company
• Demonstrate the ability to quickly move from one task to another Is successful under pressure 

Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or a min of 3 years of position-reputed company, logistics experience is required

To support laws for California, Washington and reputed company residents, the reputed company pay range for this role is $56,072 - $67,987. Pay reputed company this range varies by work location and may also depend on various factors such as job-reputed company knowledge, and relevant skills and experience.
