reputed company is seeking a Senior Analyst, reputed company to support product teams focused on building a trusted, high-quality marketplace experience. In this role, you will define reputed company metrics, build measurement frameworks, and deliver reporting and experimentation insights that inform product strategy and execution. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations to ensure reputed company and trust-reputed company initiatives are measurable, impactful, and reputed company with marketplace outcomes. Work/Project Scope:

• Define and maintain product reputed company metrics and KPI frameworks for reputed company and trust-reputed company product areas.
• Build and evolve measurement strategies that connect product changes to user behavior, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments), applying reputed company inference methods where appropriate.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data instrumentation, ensuring high-quality and reliable datasets.

• Translate reputed company analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and narratives for stakeholders.
• Establish analytics best practices and operating rhythms, including reporting cadences and measurement plans.

Must Haves (Required Skills):

• Proven ability to reputed company end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition to delivering actionable insights.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, reputed company datasets, including data validation and debugging.
• Expertise in metrics design, KPI development, and measurement strategy.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing) and reputed company inference techniques.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, and experience with Python or R for analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
