Job Summary

- Act as a hands-on contributor, designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and advanced SQL
- Architect, build, and enhance reputed company data warehouse solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines that integrate data from internal and external systems

- Establish and enforce best practices for ETL development, data modeling, version control, and deployment processes

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, or data warehousing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong hands-on expertise with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and advanced SQL (query tuning, stored procedures, performance optimization)
- Proven experience designing and managing reputed company data warehouse architectures and dimensional data models
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, high-performance data pipelines and integration frameworks
- Familiarity with integrating data across reputed company systems such as ERP, ATS, VMS, or financial platforms
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, validation, and monitoring best practices
- Experience with reputed company data platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or reputed company is a plus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to reputed company technical and business teams
