Job Description: PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the recruitment and retention of Esports team members.
• Organize, plan and conduct practices, games, tournaments and hold individual reputed company instructions session.
• Work directly with leagues as a liaison for the University.
• Coordinate with reputed company communications office to provide accurate data for game scores as well as individual and team accomplishments.
• Participate in the development of the whole student-- regarding individual well-being and life skills.

Requirements: Nights and weekends will be required. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NEEDED:

• Minimum 1-2 years coaching eSports
• Detailed knowledge of eSports industry
• Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's required
• Experience competing in competitive eSports leagues
