Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for inbound customer inquiries, providing a warm and helpful experience. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, answering questions about our client's services and sign-up process, while delivering empathetic, informative, and accurate support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company inbound phone calls, ensuring a reputed company and professional response

• Answer questions about our client's services and sign-up process, providing clear and concise information
• Provide updates on existing accounts and service status, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues reputed company
• Deliver empathetic, informative, and accurate support, exceeding customer expectations and building trust

Production Hours (Pacific Time)

• Monday - Friday: 6 AM - 5 PM

Commitments

• Self-schedule 20 hours per week (minimum)

• 90-days (as needed)
