Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Responding to and resolving a high volume of IT-reputed company issues or questions from internal and external customers through chat, email, and phone.
• Providing updates and follow-up communications with users until issues are resolved.
• Escalating technical problems to appropriate teams reputed company necessary.
• Accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions in the tracking system.
• Assisting in reputed company-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications/ Education & Experience
